Nia Teacher Sam Hyde (based in Cardiff) is excited to bring Nia to Newport so you can experience it. Sam is planning a series of "Discover and Celebrate Nia" days that are designed to be a great introduction to the Nia technique.

If you are looking for regular classes, then you have 2 to choose from at Bannatyne's Health Club. 

We are looking for a new local teacher so if you would be interested in teaching Nia all you need to do is sign up for the Nia Teacher White Belt Intensive in Cardiff January 2008.
